IT Service Operations Specialist - URF2808

• Experience working with business-critical 24x7 services• Experience troubleshooting applications or services in an operational environment• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills• Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes• Good technical understanding of modern software and cloud-based services• Ability to make sound judgments and communicate decisions in complex situations• Fluent English, spoken and written• An on-call rotation is included approximately every 6 weeks.

Preferred:• Experience from SRE, Service Operations, technical support, or similar roles• Experience working with cloud environments and observability• Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis or post-incident reviews• Experience working with complex customer deliveries
