We are looking for a reliable Field Engineer / IT Support Engineer to provide L1 End User Computing (EUC) / End User Support for JD Sports in Turku, Finland.

📍 Location: Pansiontie 43, 20210 Turku, Finland

🔧 Role & Requirements

L1 End User Computing / End User Support
On-demand dispatch ticket support
Approximately 4–5 tickets per month
Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware/software issues
Good customer-facing and communication skills
Local Finnish language required
Must be locally based in or around Turku
Previous onsite IT support / field engineering experience preferred

📅 Engagement: On-demand / dispatch basis 🎯 Workload: Approximately 4–5 tickets per month
