Role: Jira EngineerLocation: RemoteProject Type: Contract Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflowsTranslate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboardsAbility to work with HR, Finance and other support functions to develop and deploy suitable ticketing solutions for their functional areas.Lead the design for integrations and APIs to/from existing HR, Finance and other support applications.Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standardsPartner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements.Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworksCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
