Junior Business Analyst at BairesDev As a Junior Business Analyst, apply your introductory skills in analysis to assist in evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations. This role involves contributing to project teams, enhancing your capabilities in analytics, and understanding the impact of business decisions. What you will do

• Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand and document current practices and needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.- Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions and process improvements.- Assist in developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps and requirement specifications.- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and management.- Support the implementation of business solutions by working closely with technical teams.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis.- Good understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis.- Experience with basic data analysis tools and techniques.- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Advanced level of English.
