Role Description Avia Pharma is strengthening its Supply Chain organization at our headquarters in Stockholm City. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply planner or logistics controller with a few years of experience who wants to broaden their expertise and develop further within a growing pharmaceutical company. The Junior Supply Chain manager is a full-time role responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of pharmaceutical products across Avia Pharma AB’s Nordic operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and overseeing logistics service providers. The role collaborates closely with internal teams and colleagues with similar role as well as external partners to ensure high service levels, regulatory compliance, and reliable product availability. Key ResponsibilitiesDemand & order planningIn- & outbound logisticsFinancial control & invoice matchingPerformance & cost control Qualifications & Requirements Key qualifications1-3 years of experience in logistics control or supply planningProven experience with invoice matching, freight invoice auditing, and collaborating with accounting departmentsAdvanced Excel capability. Familiarity in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central, NetSuite) Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and overseas manufacturersStrong numerical aptitude with fluent verbal and written English skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership. Education & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics or operational controlling (relevant internships or trainee program experience included).
