LTD., part of SALAF GROUP, supports doctors, nurses, and caregivers pursuing international healthcare careers through language training, licensing preparation, and career guidance. We are seeking a skilled Finnish language teacher to help our students develop the communication skills needed for everyday life, further study, and healthcare settings in Finland.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role delivering online Finnish language classes to international learners. We welcome teachers who can teach beginner through advanced levels, according to their qualifications and experience.Responsibilities include:Conducting engaging live online lessons.Preparing structured lesson plans, learning materials, and assignments.Developing students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.Teaching practical Finnish for everyday situations and workplace communication.Introducing healthcare vocabulary and patient communication where qualified.Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback.Collaborating with SALAF’s academic team to meet programme objectives.QualificationsNative or near-native proficiency in Finnish.Experience teaching Finnish as a foreign or second language.Ability to teach relevant proficiency levels, ideally across A1–C2.Strong lesson planning, communication, and online classroom management skills.Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and interactive learning resources.A relevant degree or teaching certification is preferred.Experience teaching international healthcare professionals or preparing learners for Finnish language assessments is an advantage.Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled online classes.How to ApplyApply here: SALAF Careers Application - https://www.salafgroup.com/careers/applySelect Language Trainer → Finland, complete your teaching profile, and upload your CV and relevant teaching or language certificates.
