Lead Business Analyst

Role title: Business Analyst / IT Migration Lead We are working with a leading global enterprise to find an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Stream Lead – IT Delivery & Migration for the Phoenix HR Transformation Project on a full-time basis from mid-October 2026 until 31 August 2027. The current role holder will be on parental leave from December 2026, and there is an anticipated continued need at approximately 50% capacity until 31 August 2028. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the IT Delivery & Migration workstream from planning into execution, ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration, and go-live readiness across the HR transformation program. Role SummaryThe successful candidate will lead and coordinate all activities within the IT Delivery & Migration stream, ensuring delivery aligns with the target operating model, project plans, governance framework, and established ways of working. The role requires a strong leader who can create structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple parallel initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors, and project streams.
