Lead Planning & Scheduling

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Lead Planning & Scheduling professional to support a major heavy industrial construction project in Sweden.The role focuses heavily on managing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reviewing contractor and EPCM schedules, identifying critical path risks, challenging schedule assumptions, and supporting mitigation and recovery planning when required. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main focal point for planning and scheduling within the assigned project areaReview and challenge EPCM and contractor schedules for quality, logic, completeness, and complianceDevelop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Monitor critical path, dependencies, milestones, and schedule risksPerform schedule forecasting based on actual site progressSupport recovery planning and mitigation strategies for delaysParticipate in planning meetings, workshops, and site coordination reviewsProvide schedule reporting and analysis to project leadership What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Lead Planner, Senior Planner, Planning Manager, or similar roleStrong experience in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, EPC, or EPCM projectsStrong knowledge of Primavera P6 / planning toolsExperience managing Integrated Master SchedulesStrong understanding of critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule riskEU work authorisation preferred PackageCompetitive rate depending on experienceThis is not a rotational role — relocation is requiredRelocation support can be providedAccommodation providedCompany car provided
