Our Mikkeli factory is now looking for a Lean Transformation Manager to lead a strategically important improvement program, centered on one of our key production lines.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity created through an internal promotion, offering a chance to make a significant impact while building valuable experience and connections across Mölnlycke.
You will bring together multiple improvement initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
How You'll Make An Impact
Lead and coordinate the Modular Line Improvement Program.Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance improvements.Establish governance structures and ensure alignment across workstreams.Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and programme deliverables.Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement activities.Support Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.Build engagement and accountability among cross-functional stakeholders.Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required
What you'll bring
Proven experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience coordinating multiple priorities and workstreams.Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.A structured and results-oriented approach.Fluent English.
Preferred
Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.Lean transformation or operational excellence experience.Experience working with performance management, KPIs, and governance structures.
