Legal Counsel - AI Infrastructure / CloudLocation: EU/US - Remote We are partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure business scaling across Europe and the US to appoint a commercially minded Legal Counsel.This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across commercial contracting, cloud and infrastructure agreements, data protection and international business. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Sales, Procurement, Finance and Security. The Role Draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and service agreementsSupport contracts across cloud, IaaS, data centres, hardware and technology infrastructureLead complex commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and partnersSupport international contracting across Europe and the USAdvise on GDPR, data protection and related regulatory mattersHelp build legal templates, playbooks, processes and governance as the business scales About You Strong commercial technology contracting experienceExperience within cloud, IaaS, data centers, telecoms, digital infrastructure, SaaS or enterprise technologyExperience with US customers, suppliers or partners and US-governed commercial agreementsExposure to both customer/sell-side and supplier/buy-side contractingGood working knowledge of GDPR, DPAs and international data transfersFluent French and EnglishCommercial, pragmatic and comfortable operating with significant autonomy The Opportunity Join a rapidly scaling business at the centre of the AI infrastructure market, with significant autonomy and the opportunity to scale and shape how the legal function operates as the company expands internationally.
