Legal Counsel

Our client, a growing casino games provider, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team.The role is remote across Europe on a contractor basis, while candidates based in Cyprus may join as employees. What You'll DoDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with operators, aggregators, platforms and other partners.Advise the business on legal, commercial and regulatory matters within iGaming.Support corporate, compliance, data protection and general legal matters.Monitor relevant regulatory developments.Work closely with senior management and other departments across the business. What We're Looking ForQualified lawyer with relevant legal experience.Previous iGaming industry experience is required.Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.Good understanding of the online gambling regulatory environment.Excellent English is essential.Good understanding of Russian is required.Commercial, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
