In return they are offering: Competitive SalaryBonus SchemeFlights/AccommodationSubsistence AllowancePension SchemeRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or similar discipline Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in a logistics role within construction or engineeringStrong experience managing site logistics on large-scale construction projectsKnowledge of traffic management, material handling, and site coordination practicesExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environmentStrong understanding of health & safety requirements related to site logisticsData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageousResponsibilities: Lead and manage all site logistics activities across the project lifecycleDevelop and implement site logistics plans in line with project requirementsCoordinate deliveries, material handling, and site movements to ensure efficiency and minimal disruptionManage site access, traffic management, and security in line with health & safety standardsCoordinate with Project Managers, Package Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align logistics with the project programmeMonitor and control storage areas, ensuring materials are stored safely and efficientlyManage logistics subcontractors, including performance tracking and coordination meetingsEnsure all logistics documentation, permits, and safety records are maintained and up to dateAttend Site Meetings, Planning Meetings, and Logistics Coordination MeetingsIdentify and mitigate logistical risks, including congestion, delays, and site constraintsSupport the project team in maintaining a safe and organised working environmentPrepare and issue logistics reports to the project team and senior managementEnsure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulationsProactively identify and resolve logistics and coordination issues on site [email protected]
