Mainframe Network Engineer

📍 Location: Remote💼 Employment type: B2BWe are looking for an experienced Mainframe Network Engineer to join an international team responsible for the reliability, security, and connectivity of enterprise mainframe environments.Your responsibilitiesManage and support z/OS TCP/IP, VTAM, SNA and network connectivity.Troubleshoot complex mainframe network, routing, firewall, DNS and connectivity issues.Configure and support TLS/SSL, AT-TLS, certificates, FTP/SFTP and SSH.Monitor network performance, availability and capacity.Lead incident resolution, RCA and problem management.Design and implement highly available and secure network solutions.Support DR, migrations, upgrades and modernization projects.Coordinate with network, security, application and infrastructure teams.RequirementsStrong experience in Mainframe Networking.Hands-on experience with z/OS TCP/IP and VTAM.Knowledge of SNA and mainframe network connectivity.Experience with TLS/SSL, AT-TLS and certificates.Experience with FTP/SFTP and SSH.Good understanding of DNS, routing and firewalls.Experience with troubleshooting complex network issues.Experience with incident management, RCA and problem management.Knowledge of high availability and Disaster Recovery.Good English communication skills.What we offer100% remote work from PolandB2B cooperationInternational environmentOpportunity to work on mainframe modernization, migration and infrastructure projectsLong-term cooperationInterested?
