Mainframe Test Manager

Plan and manage end-to-end testing for the Mainframe migration.Define test strategy, scope, timelines and deliverables.Coordinate testing across Mainframe, Application, Database and downstream systems.Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and migration validation testing.Manage test teams, resources and testing activities.Track defects, risks, issues, and dependencies to closure.Ensure data validation and reconciliation between legacy and migrated systems.Coordinate with development, business, infrastructure, and migration teams.Monitor test progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.Ensure test completion and sign-off as grounds for migration/cutover is approval.Experience with transitions, from one supplier to another. Incoming Supplier and Outgoing Supplier.
