Are you a driven undergraduate student with a passion for entrepreneurship? We are seeking an outgoing individual who loves the symbiotic relationship between technology and people, and who wants hands-on experience working within a high-growth tech company. We aim to build you up to get a complete understanding of running a successful business covering our entire value stream, which includes strategy, technology, sales, marketing, recruitment, finance, culture and legal. You start in recruitment and growth, and broaden from there. Who we areAs the world moves toward pervasive connectivity we enable high throughput, realtime event driven architectures that make trusted data accessible to consumers. We work with critical systems in finance, retail, telco, medtech, and government sectors, providing specialist skills and managed software for customers. RoleIn this journey, we will start slow and establish one skillset at a time, focusing on operative execution from day one. We will scale responsibilities and provide a growth path to a senior management position. Our management team has built several tech companies through the years and will offer personalized coaching to support your development. We want you to succeed in your academic pursuits and therefore place great emphasis on creating a good balance between studies and work responsibilities. This opportunity is paid and based from our Stockholm office. Right now our greatest need is the ability to attract great people, so that is where you begin — how we find them, how we talk to them, and how we build the structure that makes it repeatable. That is where you start, not where you stop. Over time you move across sales, customer work and how the company is run, because the people who end up leading here understand the whole. ExpectationsThere are no set requirements on previous work experience or knowledge. Rather we are looking for high drive, sound judgment, and a high capacity to learn. Having an interest in people and how novel technology can be put to good use is a must. We see it as a merit if you have driven something of your own alongside your studies.
