We are now looking for a Manager Sustainability Reporting & Non-financial disclosures to be based in Stockholm.
Impact You’ll Own
You will lead the development of key sustainability reports, including the Group Value Report and global non-financial disclosures. Working with reporting specialists and subject-matter experts, you will turn strategy, performance, and data into clear, accurate, and credible content.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development of the Group Value Report and key global non-financial disclosuresManage the reporting process from initial drafting through review, approval, and publicationWork with reporting specialists and subject-matter experts to gather and validate contentTurn complex sustainability data and insights into clear, engaging, and credible narrativesEnsure all reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, evidence-based, and traceableCoordinate timelines, inputs, review cycles, version control, and approvalsApply sustainability reporting requirements and disclosure expectations throughout the processMonitor reporting trends, regulatory developments, and peer practices to identify improvementsStrengthening the structure, readability, and overall quality of sustainability communicationsAdapt sustainability content for reports, websites, presentations, and other external materials
Skills & Capabilities
University degree in sustainability, business, finance, communications, public policy, or a related field5+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in sustainability, corporate, annual, or other non-financial reportingExcellent written and spoken English Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting requirements and sound judgment in drafting and reviewAbility to connect narrative claims to data source inputs, and approved documentationAbility to ask the right questions, interpret input, and turn technical expertise into clear insightsAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly, compellingly, and accuratelyDisciplined management of timelines, inputs, reviews, versions, and approvals without compromising qualityAbility to lead projects end to end, ensuring quality and escalating risks when needed
