The Role
As a Market Intelligence & Business Analyst Trainee, you will work as part of Siemens Digital Industries' Machine Builder sales team in Finland, while collaborating closely with sales teams across the Nordic countries, including Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Your primary responsibility will be to produce market and business analyses that support sales strategy, customer targeting, and the identification of growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include
Analyzing the Nordic machine builder marketMapping customer and industry segmentsMonitoring market, competitor, and technology trendsPreparing business case analyses and growth assessments to support sales activitiesCreating reports, dashboards, and management presentationsCollaborating with the Nordic Machine Builder organization across countries
What We Are Looking For
You are currently studying, for example, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.

An analytical and proactive approach to workInterest in market research, business analytics, and international businessExcellent written and spoken English skillsAbility to work in a Nordic organization and collaborate with teams across different countriesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsPrevious experience in market research, analytics, or B2B business is considered an advantage.
