About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Agronomy Manager to lead Yara Sweden's Marketing and Agronomy function, drive growth, profitability and customer value through strategic marketing, agronomic excellence and sustainable farming solutions.

The role combines commercial, agronomical and leadership responsibilities to strengthen Yara's market position, support business growth and ensure Yara's position as the leading knowledge partner in plant nutrition and sustainable agriculture. The position leads the development and execution of local marketing and agronomy strategies while driving innovation, digital agriculture adoption, customer engagement and stakeholder collaboration across the Swedish agricultural sector.

The position is a member of the Swedish Management Team and plays a key role in strengthening Yara's leadership within crop nutrition, digital agriculture, and sustainable farming.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the country marketing and agronomy strategy aligned with business objectivesDrive market growth and profitability through effective go-to market plans, customer segmentation, value proposition development and customer engagement activitiesStrengthen Yara's position as the leading knowledge partner in plant nutrition, crop nutrition programs, and sustainable agriculture through technical expertise, trials, field activities, and agronomical leadershipLead the implementation and adaptation of digital agriculture, and precision farming solutions, integrating new technologies into customer offerings and commercial strategiesMonitor market, customer, competitor, industry and regulatory developments and translate insights into actionable recommendations and business opportunitiesManage department's budgets, resources and performance against agreed objectives and KPIsCollaborate closely with commercial, product and Nordic teams to align market needs, agronomical expertise and business prioritiesLead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementTrack and measure the impact of marketing and agronomy activities, ensuring continuous improvement and business value creationContribute actively to the country leadership team and support strategic decision-making

Profile

University degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of expertise within the Swedish Agricultural sector with a strong understanding of Crop Nutrition and sustainable farming practicesBuilds trust through integrity, open and constructive communication and collaborationAbility to translate strategy into actions and achieve sustainable resultsEnable learning environment, innovation, continuous improvement and capability developmentCommercial and business development mind setFluent in Swedish (written and spoken)Good level of professional English (written and spoken)Experience in market analysis, segmentation, and customer engagement expertiseSelf-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred location: Malmö, Sweden.
