By making AI communication more predictable, consistent, and family-friendly, Kidara aims to help families use technology with confidence and peace of mind.Role Description As a Marketing Assistant intern at Kidara, you will support day-to-day marketing activities that help grow and engage our family-focused user base. You will assist with market research, gathering insights on parents’ and children’s needs and behaviors, and help translate these findings into actionable marketing ideas. You will contribute to sales and marketing campaigns, prepare basic promotional materials, and support customer communication across email, social media, and other channels. The role also involves coordinating with customer service and sales teams to ensure consistent, clear messaging and a positive experience for families. This is an internship position based in Stockholm with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external audiences.Market Research capabilities, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing data about customer needs, competitors, and trends.Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust with families and partners.Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, such as supporting campaigns, outreach activities, and basic sales enablement tasks.Interest in family-focused technology, child safety, or educational products.Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment in Stockholm and manage tasks with minimal supervision.Good organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple projects and deadlines.Relevant coursework or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
