We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Marketing Manager / Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across European markets. Based within our Polish entity, this is a fully remote position open to candidates across Europe. What You’ll DoOwn and execute the company’s European marketing strategy and growth roadmap,Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives,Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content, and CRM,Define and track key marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI,Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to accelerate growth,Work closely with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Operations teams,Build and manage external partnerships, agencies, and marketing channels,Lead and grow the marketing function as the business expands. What We’re Looking For5+ years of marketing experience, including experience in a senior/managerial role,Strong track record in digital marketing, growth, and customer acquisition,Experience working across European or international markets,Data-driven approach with strong commercial and analytical skills,Ability to develop strategy while remaining hands-on with execution,Excellent English communication skills,Experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
