We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across LummeCo Group – in Finland, Norway and future markets. This is a key role in making our strategy for 2029 a success. Your mission is to build a clear, recognisable and internationally scalable brand – and most importantly, create demand for our services in every market we operate in.You’ll work closely with our Managing Directors and business leaders across different countries, as well as our external partners. You’ll also be part of the LummeCo Group Leadership Team. What you’ll doYour key responsibilities include:Taking ownership of our existing marketing systems and processesDeveloping and executing our digital marketingPlanning and running marketing campaignsSharpening and aligning our external communication across marketsMeasuring marketing performance and making decisions based on dataBuilding a brand and marketing model that can scale internationally This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and executing in practice. What we’re looking forWe believe you’ll succeed in this role if you:Learn extremely quicklyAre entrepreneurial and highly execution-orientedCan form your own opinions and argue themThink strategically and commerciallyHave a strong aesthetic and visual senseUnderstand digital marketing performance and analyticsHave experience planning and executing marketing campaignsHave experience with Google Ads and/or Meta AdsAre comfortable making independent decisionsWork well with different kinds of peopleLanguage requirement: English + two of the following: Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish.We also value graphic design, photography and website skills.
