We are looking for Materials Specialist in our Materials Team. As a Materials Specialist, you are responsible for purchasing, on time delivery (OTD) of the incoming materials and inventory value / turns.

Job Description

Material purchasing and purchase orders monitoringPurchase orders reschedulingEnsure material availabilityExpedite and escalate part shortagesCommunication with suppliers (external / internal)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field of logistics or economicsProven experience in materials and purchasingFluent written and spoken Finnish and EnglishComputer proficiency (MS-Office)

Desired Characteristics

Oracle and Kinaxis knowledge and experience (ERP system knowhow)Ability to support development tasks
