Mechanical Engineer

ALTEN is growing and looking for an engaged Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with the entire lifecycle of mechanical systems, from design to implementation, and play a key role in driving our projects forward. You will collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to successful and complex engineering projects. ABOUT THE ROLE Plan, design, develop, test, and implement mechanical systems and components.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and analyses using relevant tools and software.Develop project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, taking action to resolve issues and minimize delays.Coordinate activities internally and with external stakeholders, including contractors.Support installation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure, equipment, and systems.Contribute to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices. What is the product?: Mechanical systems and components for industries such as automotive, defense, and manufacturing.Design and development of prototypes, technical drawings, and product documentation.Integration of mechanical designs into Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.Collaboration on innovative solutions for vehicles, defense systems, and industrial machinery.
