Mechanical Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Espoo / Kirkkonummi, Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full mechanical package, overseeing design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure the project is delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full Mechanical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioningOversee site safety, QHSE culture, and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresManage project schedule, resources, and all associated costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuationsMaintain snagging systems, documentation, and photographic records; produce internal and external progress reportsAttend site meetings, reviews, and handovers; support project close-out including O&M manuals, punch lists, QA and safety filesSchedule and track material deliveries, and coordinate change management for cost and programme impactsHold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and issue costs to the clientDevelop and implement company procedures in coordination with other package managersPerform all other duties as required to ensure successful delivery of the mechanical package

Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in Project Management, ideally on large-scale projects, ideally data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrialStrong record of coordinating and managing complex mechanical systems projectsExperience handling industrial relations mattersSolid Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practicesExperience in design and build projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant mechanical software and excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systemsStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance effectively.
