Mergers and Acquisitions Director

Our client, a leading Nordic boutique is looking for strong additions to their team on Director level (origination focused) ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end M&A transactions, from origination and execution through negotiation and closing.Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, valuations, and strategic alternatives.Lead transaction teams, manage senior client relationships, and coordinate legal, financial, and other advisors.Drive business development by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to pitches and mandates.Qualifications8+ years of relevant M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience.Proven track record of successfully leading and executing M&A transactions with strong financial modelling and valuation skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to operate confidently at C-suite level.Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken; strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial advisory environment.
