When something goes wrong in the data behind it, you're the person they speak to. Manufacturing has shifted fast toward real-time accountability: plant leaders now expect the same immediate visibility into OEE, downtime and root-cause data that used to take days to pull together manually. That's made the layer connecting IIoT sensor data to MES-level reporting mission-critical rather than a nice-to-have, when it goes down or the numbers don't reconcile, a plant knows within minutes, not at month-end. That's the environment this role sits in. The platform monitors production in real time across multi-site manufacturing operations, giving plants a measurable view of how they're performing. The European operation is growing, and this role sits at the centre of it. The workYou'll be the main technical contact for enterprise manufacturing customers across Europe, owning issues from first report through to resolution rather than passing them along. That means:Investigating complex software, configuration and application issues over email, phone and video.Running your own ticket queue in JIRA to defined SLAs, keeping customers updated before they have to ask.Getting into customer database environments to trace and fix data integrity problems.Root-causing suspected defects and working with Product and Engineering to validate and escalate them.Building Knowledge Base content so the next person doesn't solve the same problem twice.Testing AI productivity tools and shaping how the team uses them. You'll work in French and English every day; a significant part of the European customer base is French-speaking, and you'll be handling those accounts directly. You'll fit well if you haveProfessional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.Around 2-4 years in application or second-line support, where the issues landed with you rather than moving on to someone else.Confidence querying a database directly to work out what's actually happening.A methodical approach to troubleshooting across applications, operating systems and data.A degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering, or the equivalent built through experience.The right to work in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands or the UK. Useful, not essentialManufacturing software, MES, IIoT, OEE or plant-floor experience. JIRA or a similar ticketing platform. German, Dutch or Italian. Remote-first team experience.
