This is a hands-on architecture role at the intersection of platform engineering, security, and responsible AI governance.Technology Scouting & RoadmapTrack and evaluate emerging capabilities across Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Agent 365, and the Microsoft Copilot stackPartner with Solution Owners to prioritize and integrate new capabilities into the AIWorks roadmapBuild proofs-of-concept and feasibility studies to validate technologies before adoptionPlatform Architecture & DesignDesign scalable, secure AI features on Azure AI Foundry, including model deployment topologies, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and enterprise data integrationArchitect multi-model, multi-modal solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow, and connected cognitive servicesDefine platform design standards aligned with Responsible AI principles and Microsoft's Well-Architected FrameworkDesign secure-by-default integration patterns: private endpoints, managed identities, network segmentation, and API gateway governanceLead observability and telemetry solution design across the AI platform and embedded AI featuresSecurity & Responsible AI GovernanceLead threat modeling and security reviews using the OWASP LLM Top 10 and Microsoft SDL guidelinesDefine content safety policies using Azure AI Content Safety, prompt injection mitigations, and grounding strategiesEnsure compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR, and internal AI governance frameworks, including model cards, data lineage, and audit loggingConduct Responsible AI assessments covering fairness, transparency, accountability, reliability, and inclusivenessDevelopment & EngineeringDevelop platform features using the Azure AI Foundry SDK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Azure Developer CLI (azd)Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including automated testing, SAST/DAST security scanning, and multi-environment deploymentBuild and maintain reusable solution accelerators — reference architectures, starter templates, and deployment scriptsSkills & Qualifications:Proven experience architecting solutions on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and the Microsoft Copilot stackStrong hands-on knowledge of RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and multi-modal AI solution designExperience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Azure Developer CLI (azd)Solid understanding of AI security practices, including OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection mitigation, and Microsoft SDLFamiliarity with Responsible AI principles and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act and GDPRExperience designing secure-by-default cloud architectures: private endpoints, managed identities, network segmentation, API gatewaysPractical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), including SAST/DAST security scanningStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Solution Owners and cross-functional teamsPrior experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus #Hiring #AzureAI #AIArchitect #EnterpriseAI #ResponsibleAI #MicrosoftCopilot #GenAI
