This position is with one of our clients in Finland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams. Position : Microsoft D365 Finance Functional Consultant Location : Espoo, Finland (Hybrid)Type : Permanent Role and Responsibilities:• Act as the primary point of contact for financial module-related incidents, service requests, and user queries.• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues within D365 F&O Finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax).• Replicate issues, identify root causes, and provide timely and effective solutions or workarounds.• Log, track, and manage support tickets using a service desk system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.• Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements within existing D365 F&O finance configurations.• Perform routine system health checks and data integrity validations related to finance modules.• Assist with the testing and deployment of hotfixes, cumulative updates, and new releases, ensuring financial functionalities remain stable.• Support period-end and year-end closing activities from a D365 F&O functional perspective.
