NetSuite Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Systems Manager to lead the ongoing support, optimisation, and expansion of our clients NetSuite environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting the business through post-implementation hypercare activities while also driving the rollout of NetSuite across new international entities. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both strong functional and technical NetSuite expertise, as well as the ability to manage. This role is based in Berlin, with candidates must be willing to come on site for 3-5 days every month. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day ownership and support of the NetSuite platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.Lead and coordinate hypercare activities following NetSuite implementations and major system enhancements.Support the rollout and implementation of NetSuite across new business entities, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions.Gather business requirements, design solutions, and oversee system configuration and optimisation.Manage integrations, workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within NetSuite.Act as the primary escalation point for complex NetSuite issues and enhancement requests.Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of junior NetSuite Administrators.Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to deliver scalable business processes and solutions. Required Experience Significant hands-on experience supporting and administering NetSuite ERP in a complex, international environment.Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations, rollouts, or major transformation programmes.Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Modules.Experience managing post-go-live support and hypercare activities.Track record of leading and developing small teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with system configuration and support. Preferred Qualifications NetSuite certifications would be advantageous.Experience working within multinational manufacturing or distribution businesses.Familiarity with integrations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and broader NetSuite ecosystem tools.
