New Business Manager – White-label PartnershipsPayments & Crypto Infrastructure / FinTech Startup!Location: Remote (Europe)To €65,000 + uncapped commission, plus introducer-style upside on partner revenue

Direct B2B2X payments, BaaS, or embedded-finance sales experience is a prerequisite for this hire

We're very proud to be supporting this well-funded, early-stage fintech company to source and secure New Business Managers across Europe, working alongside their existing direct sales team. The company is building next-generation global payments infrastructure - combining traditional banking rails with stablecoin and blockchain technology to enable fast, programmable, and borderless money movement. The platform provides businesses with a Euro IBAN and a crypto wallet within a single system, supporting real-time, 24/7 settlement across fiat and digital assets. The company is one of very few licensed businesses to issue a euro stablecoin, and holds a strong regulatory position under ECB/MiCA frameworks.

The roleThis role is focused on building out the company's white-label, reseller, and partner channel. You'll identify and close partnerships with businesses that want to embed the company's IBAN, SEPA, and stablecoin infrastructure into their own product, or distribute it to their client base - working closely with the Business Development Lead and product teams. Target partner segments include: PSPs, fintechs, crypto exchanges, iGaming operators, EOR/payroll platforms, and financial services firms. Identify, engage, and close white-label, reseller, and embedded-finance partnerships across target verticalsBuild and manage a self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, direct outreach, and relationship developmentNavigate both the commercial and compliance dimensions of onboarding partners onto a regulated financial productRun discovery calls, product presentations, and commercial negotiations end-to-endCollaborate closely with product and engineering to understand and articulate the platform clearlyWork alongside the existing direct sales team to ensure a joined-up go-to-market approachTrack activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics

What "B2B2X" actually means for this role - please read before applyingWe've had strong interest from candidates whose experience is adjacent but not a match, so to be precise: this is about a partner embedding your regulated financial infrastructure directly into their own product via API integration, and redistributing it to their own client base under their own brand - not:Referral or introducer relationships, where a partner simply sends you leads and you close the deal yourselfLicensing or reselling software, source code, or a white-labelled non-financial product (e.g. trading platforms, SaaS tools, content/media products)Direct sales where you are the one closing the end-user client, even if the account is large or technically complex If your partnership experience is closer to any of the above, this isn't the right match.

The ideal candidateThis is a consultative, relationship-led sale into sophisticated technical buyers - not a transactional or high-volume sales role. With that in mind:Has sold APIs or white-label solutions into sophisticated buyers, with a proven, evidenced body of relevant work - not a single deal or a claimed adjacencyHas personally built a white-label or embedded solution from zero to one - originating the partnership, navigating the build, and getting it live - rather than managing an inherited bookBrings genuine seniority: we're looking for meaningful, multi-year depth in payments/fintech sales, not early-career experience. Buyers in this space typically have 10-15 years of experience themselves, and the conversation needs to be a peer oneIs comfortable navigating both the commercial and compliance dimensions of onboarding a regulated financial product, with a real, described example of doing so - not an assumed adjacencyCan build and manage their own pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and direct outreach - this is not a role for someone reliant on inbound leads or brand recognitionBrings multidimensional market access - not just generic European coverage, but a specific combination of geography and network that opens doors elsewhere too (for example, based in one European market while bringing genuine relationships and language coverage into another region)Is mature, humble, and has real emotional intelligence - understands that sophisticated products and partnerships take time to build, knows when to push a deal forward and when to hold back, and isn't the kind of "always be closing" personality that works against trust in a long, technical sales cycleCrypto and stablecoin fluency is an advantage - genuine hands-on exposure, not just sector-adjacent keywordsIs fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus, and genuinely useful where they open up a new market or region

Please note: This role calls for a more consultative, longer-cycle, relationship-led sale approach with technically sophisticated partners, than a fast transactional process. The client base consists of businesses underserved by traditional banking - crypto and Web3 companies, high-volume cross-border traders, and merchants in complex or higher-risk sectors including gaming and alternative finance. Partners embedding or reselling the platform bring this infrastructure to their own client base at scale. Candidates without direct, genuine B2B2X payments, BaaS, or embedded-finance sales experience won't be progressed for this brief - this isn't a general fintech sales role, and it isn't a referral, licensing, or reseller-of-software role either.

Compensation & flexibilityThis role is fully remote, offering genuine flexibility on where and how you work. Beyond base and commission, there's meaningful additional upside: introducer-style payouts of around 10-20% of net revenue on partnerships you bring in, depending on customer quality and risk profile.

Culture & teamThe team is highly international, multicultural, and genuinely collaborative, combining sharp commercial and engineering talent. The culture values clear thinking, direct communication, and a bias towards action. The environment is fast-paced and low-structure - best suited to someone who is self-starting and motivated by impact.
