We were also cited as a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens™ 2025 for Digital Engineering Services 2025 and the Everest Group Talent Readiness for Next-generation Application Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025 About the RoleWe are seeking a Sr Project Manger candidates with senior-level experience in Oracle HCM implementations, data migrations, and integrations We are particularly interested in individuals who have hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM deployments, tenant consolidations, data conversion activities, and integration workstreams in large enterprise environments. ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical and functional lead for Grant Thornton’s Oracle HCM Cloud platform.Design and oversee HCM system integration and migration strategies for newly acquired firms, ensuring seamless transition into the existing Oracle HCM environment.Define and govern the HCM integration transition strategy for M&A onboarding, ensuring that when an acquired firm’s HR system is migrated into GTUS / Global Oracle HCM, all dependent M&A applications continue to receive required HR data from the new authoritative HCM source without disruption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and M&A integration teams to gather requirements and define end-to-end migration plans.Provide architecture oversight, data mapping, process alignment, and technical support during M&A onboarding projects.Analyze and document application-level data dependencies, identifying systems that must continue, discontinue, or conditionally receive employee, organizational, or assignment data during and after migration.Own the integration design for learning platforms, benefits providers, payroll and third‑party HR services, ensuring continuity of enrollments, eligibility, payroll and reporting as HCM systems are consolidated.Identify and resolve system issues, optimize configuration, and ensure data integrity across HR modules.Align Oracle HCM capabilities with broader enterprise platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Informatica, ERP, Dayshape, Microsoft 365, Power Platform) to enhance automation and reporting.Align with the Data Architecture to ensure consistency, interoperability, and adherence to enterprise principles and standards.Partner with HR, IT, Finance, M&A Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams to define current‑state, transitional, and target‑state HCM integration architectures.Provide architectural guidance and oversight during testing cycles, validating end‑to‑end data flow continuity across HCM, dependent applications, and external providers.Ensure Oracle HCM integration designs align with enterprise integration standards, data governance principles, security requirements, and regional regulatory constraints.Lead or support platform enhancements, proofs of concept, and roadmap planning aligned with business priorities.Monitor Oracle updates, innovations, and best practices, and proactively assess their applicability to the firm's environment.
