We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist / Customer Support Specialist for a company in Nyköping. Start is November 9th, 8 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Nyköping.
About the AssignmentWe are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist / Customer Support Specialist for a consulting assignment within a large international industrial and technology organization in Nyköping.In this role, you will provide internal customer support and take ownership of customer-related cases throughout the order and logistics process. You will work in close collaboration with several internal functions to ensure efficient case handling, smooth order flows and a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is initially on-site in Nyköping 100%, with the possibility of a hybrid setup at a later stage. Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Provide support related to orders, deliveries, payments and other customer-related mattersManage and follow up orders and cases throughout the processWork with SAP and logistics flowsCoordinate customer cases with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other relevant functionsEnsure ownership of cases from initial request through resolutionCoordinate with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts when requiredIdentify and resolve issues that may affect deliveries or customer satisfactionWork with Microsoft 365 as part of your daily activities RequirementsTo be successful in this assignment, we believe that you have:Previous experience in customer support, order management or a similar roleExperience working with SAPGood understanding of order and logistics flowsGood knowledge of Microsoft 365Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to take ownership of cases and independently drive them toward resolutionFluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Personal QualitiesWe are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a coordinating role with several internal stakeholders and are comfortable taking responsibility for ensuring that customer matters are handled efficiently and professionally.You have a collaborative approach, communicate clearly and are motivated by providing high-quality support and creating smooth processes for both customers and internal teams.
This role requires fluency in Swedish and English. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is November 9th, 8 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Nyköping.
