Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jönköping. This role oversees overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with Finloop’s global vision and local market opportunities. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic goals, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and making key decisions on product, technology, and partnership development. The Owner collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold strong risk management practices. The role also involves representing the company in external meetings, building relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsStrong background in business management, leadership, and strategic planning within finance, fintech, or related industries.Demonstrated experience in wealth management, investment products, or digital assets, including familiarity with Web3 and RWA concepts.Solid understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance.Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build collaborative, non-discriminatory work environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company publicly.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region or industry is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Jönköping and collaborate closely with global and regional teams.
