Packaging Specialist - Aerosol Packaging, Labels & Outer Packaging Systems

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Packaging Specialist – Aerosol Packaging, Labels & Outer Packaging Systems to join our R&D team in Vallentuna, northern Stockholm. Your responsibilitiesAs our Packaging Specialist Aerosol, you will serve as the technical lead for aerosol packaging systems and play a key role in developing robust, sustainable, and scalable packaging solutions. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Industrialization, Production and Procurement to ensure that our customers’ packaging solutions meet the demands of safety, performance, compliance and cost effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as technical lead for aerosol packaging in development and industrialization projects, including requirements, guidelines and standards for aerosol, label and outer packaging systemsServing as internal expert on pressurized systems, valve technology, spray performance, dispensing functionality and packaging platformsEnsuring robust packaging solutions by managing the compatibility assessment process and overseeing risk assessment, verification and validation activitiesSupporting customer projects and sourcing decisions with technical recommendations, packaging specifications and supplier or technology evaluationsMonitoring relevant packaging legislation, industry requirements and emerging trends in packaging and sustainable materialsContributing to standardization, platform development and efficient ways of working across the organization What we're looking forYou are an analytical and solution-oriented packaging professional who enjoys working across disciplines and turning ideas into robust solutions. With experience in packaging industry and a strong technical understanding of aerosol systems, you are comfortable taking ownership and contributing as a specialist in a dynamic R&D environment. Experience from cosmetic products, personal care, chemical-technical products or consumer goods industry is considered an advantage. The position is a permanent full-time role based in Vallentuna, Stockholm, and reports to the Head of R&D. You will be part of a large, curious and highly experienced R&D team.
