PAM / IAM Documentation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PAM / IAM Documentation Specialist to support a project focused on the analysis, development, and maintenance of technical, functional, and operational documentation within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. In this role, you will review and enhance existing documentation, identify gaps and required updates, and ensure that documentation accurately reflects current processes, systems, security requirements, and regulatory standards. The position is particularly suited to professionals with a strong PAM background in the banking or financial services sector and proven experience working with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and review existing PAM documentation.Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and required updates.Implement necessary changes and continuously improve existing documentation.Create and maintain technical, functional, and operational documentation for IAM/PAM environments.Coordinate and manage documentation review and approval processes.Track approvals, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of documentation processes.Document regulatory, compliance, risk, and information security requirements.Ensure documentation is aligned with applicable internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Support documentation, logging, reporting, and audit-related activities. Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), preferably within the banking or financial services sector.3+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical, functional, and operational documentation in an IAM/PAM environment.Strong knowledge of:Risk and Compliance ManagementApplication SecurityData Protection and PrivacyInformation SecurityVery good understanding of relevant regulatory and security frameworks, including:BAIT (Banking Supervisory Requirements for IT)BSI standards and guidelinesISO/IEC 27001DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)Practical experience in documentation, logging, reporting, and approval processes.Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and effectively with technical and business stakeholders.Experience working in regulated, security-sensitive environments.
