Role SummaryThe Partner Program Lead is responsible for building, coordinating, and scaling partner programs that drive activation, engagement, pipeline, and growth across the Partnerships & Ecosystems organization.Sitting within the Partner Account Management function, this role works across Partner Account Managers, Channel Managers, Partner Marketing, Technology Partnerships, Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to turn strategic priorities into structured, repeatable programs that partners can engage with and execute against.The role will take ownership of selected partner growth-engine programs — from defining the model and operating cadence through launch, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.Programs may include partner activation initiatives, demand-generation programs, joint campaigns, partner launches, innovation programs, enablement initiatives, webinars, events, account-mapping programs, lighthouse-customer motions, marketplace initiatives, or new partner-led commercial models.The Partner Program Lead will also step into new or ad hoc strategic initiatives where structure is needed, taking an ambiguous opportunity or business priority and turning it into a clearly defined program with objectives, stakeholders, milestones, owners, dependencies, KPIs, and measurable outcomes and also help to drive these initiatives to market. This is a highly cross-functional execution role for someone who can move quickly, create structure, connect teams, and make programs operational. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Programs & Growth EnginesManage strategic partner programs designed to accelerate partner activation, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and revenue.Translate Partnerships & Ecosystems priorities into scalable programs with clear objectives, workflows, milestones, KPIs, and governance together with Partner Marketing and Leaders within Partnership Organisation. Own program execution from initial concept through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.Create repeatable frameworks that Partner Account Managers and Channel Managers can use across multiple partners and regions.Identify opportunities to turn successful one-off initiatives into scalable global programs.Partner Growth & ActivationWork with Partner Account Managers and Channel Managers to identify activities that can accelerate specific partners or partner segments.Support onboarding, enablement, activation, account mapping, lighthouse opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives.Help ensure partners have clear paths from recruitment through enablement, activation, pipeline creation, and ongoing growth.Track participation, progress, risks, and outcomes across assigned programs.Partner Marketing & Joint GTMWork closely with Partner Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns, launches, webinars, events, partner communications, and demand-generation initiatives.Ensure marketing activities are connected to clear partner, pipeline, and commercial outcomes.Coordinate participating partners, internal teams, timelines, assets, approvals, follow-up, and measurement.Strategic & Ad Hoc ProjectsLead or support strategic projects across the Partnerships & Ecosystems organization.Take ambiguous priorities and translate them into defined scopes, workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.Coordinate stakeholders across Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functions where required.Identify blockers early and drive decisions and follow-through.Program Operations & ScaleBuild dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into program participation, progress, pipeline, risks, and outcomes.Establish operating cadences, governance models, and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.Develop reusable templates, playbooks, processes, documentation, and best practices.Improve consistency and execution quality across partner programs.Work closely with Partner Operations to ensure CRM processes, reporting, and program measurement are reliable and scalable.
