About the roleOur shop brands and private labels are developed together with the motorcycle community. Professional riders, ambassadors, creators, and teams represent our brands and help shape the products we sell.We are looking for a Partnerships and Community Manager who will build partnerships that strengthen our brands, drive traffic to our websites, help us develop better products, and create value for both our partners and customers. You will work closely with riders, creators, teams, media, motorcycle federations, event organisers, and other partners to keep our brands visible, relevant, and trusted. This is a hands on role. On any given day, you might be planning a product launch, following up with a sponsored rider, speaking with motorcycle media, reviewing partnership performance, or gathering product feedback that helps improve our next generation of products. The role includes occasional travel. What you will do• Build and manage relationships with riders, ambassadors, creators, teams, motorcycle media, federations, event organisers, and other industry partners.• Identify and onboard new partners, manage agreements, and make sure commitments are delivered by everyone involved.• Plan and coordinate sponsorships, campaigns, activations, events, and support for riders and teams together with internal teams.• Support the creation and publication of social media content around our brands, products, partners, and events.• Measure partnership performance and use the results to improve future collaborations.• Gather feedback from riders and partners and share it with Marketing, Purchasing, and Product Development to help improve our products.• Represent Pierce and our brands at races, trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events.• Support B2B orders and other commercial opportunities when needed. Who you are• You have a genuine interest in the motorcycle industry and understand how its community works.• You follow motorcycle culture or sport and understand what makes people trust a brand. You may be a current or former rider, but riding experience is not required.• You enjoy meeting people and building lasting relationships. You are comfortable representing the company at events and working with people from across the industry.• You are organised and can manage several projects, partnerships, campaigns, and deadlines at the same time.• You take ownership of your work, recognise what needs attention, and make things happen.• You enjoy developing new ideas, finding opportunities, and improving partnerships over time.• Experience in partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, community management, or social media is valuable. However, your attitude, ability to build relationships, and understanding of the industry matter more than a specific job title.• You are fluent in English.
