Pigment Model Developer

Role: Pigment Implementation (Pigment Solution Designer / Model Developer)Resource Location: Remote ANYWHERE Employment Type: Contractor - Fulltime About the Role We are looking for a Pigment Solution Designer / Model Developer to support the implementation, development, and ongoing optimization of the Pigment EPM platform.This role is ideal for someone who combines Pigment expertise, FP&A knowledge, and strong data modeling skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions. You will work closely with FP&A stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to build models, dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions that drive business planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Pigment models, applications, dashboards, and workflows.Translate FP&A and business requirements into scalable Pigment solutions.Configure dimensions, metrics, calculations, hierarchies, and planning models.Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration.Validate and troubleshoot data using SQL.Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, compensation planning, and financial reporting.Create technical documentation and provide user support and training.Contribute to the ongoing administration and enhancement of the Pigment platform. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation experience.Hands-on experience implementing and developing solutions in Pigment.Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Experience building Pigment models, dashboards, reports, and workflows.Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.Experience working with enterprise data models and integrations.Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred QualificationsPigment Certification.Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise systems.Knowledge of APIs and scripting/automation.Experience with other EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.). Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
