Plant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate all plant operations (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, HSE, engineering) ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute the plant’s strategic plan consistent with group objectives, with a focus on improving productivity, waste reduction, and cost competitiveness.Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean/TPM methodologies and performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, delivery performance, quality).Oversee technical activities related to plastic parts manufacturing, ensuring robust process control, tooling management, and industrialization of new products.Manage and develop a multidisciplinary management team, fostering a culture of responsibility, excellence, and innovation.Maintain close contact with OEM clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with customer requirements and group standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).Ensure financial control of the site, manage budgets, optimize operating costs, and coordinate industrial investments.
