Senior Platform Engineer | Advertising Technology SaaS PLEASE NOTE: French and English language is a key requirement for this role. We’re partnering with a high-growth, remote-first SaaS AdTech business that builds mission-critical infrastructure used by leading digital publishers worldwide. With a collaborative engineering culture, they're looking for their first dedicated Platform Engineer to take ownership of their infrastructure and help shape the future of Platform Engineering within the business. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join a small, experienced engineering team in a high-impact position reporting directly to the CTO. You'll own the production platform, define infrastructure strategy, and build the foundations for a future Platform/SRE function while enabling engineering teams to deliver software faster, more reliably, and more securely. What You'll Be Doing Own and evolve a large-scale Kubernetes production platform.Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple providers.Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and security.Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.Build and improve deployment automation and GitOps workflows.Drive observability, monitoring and incident management best practices.Partner with software engineers to improve developer experience and deployment processes.Help architect infrastructure capable of supporting significant future growth.Act as the technical owner for infrastructure decisions and platform evolution. You'll ideally have: Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production.Experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale.Hands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code platform.Experience with GitOps and deployment automation.Strong understanding of reliability engineering, observability and security.Experience designing resilient, highly available distributed systems.The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic decision making.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
