Power Platform & AI Specialist

For our client in the public sector, we are looking for a Power Platform / AI Specialist to join a consulting team supporting a broad digital transformation initiative. The assignment involves developing and managing modern digital solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI. You will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, contributing from early needs assessment and requirements gathering through development, implementation, support and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Develop business solutions and workflow automations using Power Apps and Power Automate. Support digitalisation and process-improvement initiatives across the organisation. Work with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to deliver analytics and data-driven insights. Integrate systems and data sources while maintaining data quality, security and governance. Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders and translate them into practical solutions. Support solution adoption through user guidance, documentation and knowledge transfer. Contribute to Power Platform and AI governance, roadmaps and continuous improvement. Ideal candidate profile At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience developing business-oriented solutions for process optimisation, automation or digitalisation. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or a comparable data and analytics platform. Experience with integrations and data management across multiple systems or data sources. Experience with needs analysis, requirements gathering and/or user support. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Conditions Location: Tyresö Kommun. Work model: On-site initially; hybrid work may be possible later. Workload: Full-time, 100%.
