We are looking for a proven international sales leader in surgical devices. This role is about driving real growth through channel excellence, market expansion, and commercial discipline — not just managing existing revenue. What You Will OwnFull P&L responsibility for international surgical stapling business.Build and optimize distributor-driven markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) .Define channel strategy, pricing governance, and margin structure.Drive market access and hospital penetration in key regions.Partner with clinical and marketing teams to accelerate adoption.Build and lead an international commercial team.Direct reporting line to global CEO with high level of autonomy.What Success Looks LikeDeliver 20–30% annual growth in international markets.Establish a high-performing, well-controlled distributor network.Achieve consistent pricing discipline across regions.Drive procedure adoption and surgeon engagement.Build a scalable and repeatable go-to-market model.What We Are Looking For10–15+ years in medical devices, ideally in surgical stapling / energy devices / minimally invasive surgery.Proven experience scaling international business in companies such as Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson MedTech, or high-growth challengers.Strong expertise in distributor management and channel control.Deep understanding of hospital sales cycles, surgeon adoption, and tender processes.Track record of entering and scaling new international markets.Hands-on leadership style, with strong execution and data discipline.Experience working in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments is a strong plus.
