Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing

We are building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory: Agentic AI carrying the process, experts carrying the judgement. We're growing our advisor team and are looking for a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing, based in Helsinki. Our proprietary AI platform does much of the labour-intensive work that today falls on both the advisor and the client - market scans, requirements development, RFP creation, response analysis and evaluation - freeing the advisor and the client to focus on the work that actually determines the outcome: sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation. We're a two-year-old startup with ambitious goals. The platform is live, built in-house, and designed to become the leading AI-native toolkit for complex sourcing.

What You Will Do

Own complex, transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end to end Lead sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation Work with leading AI tools as part of sourcing delivery Work closely with the product team to continuously shape the platform around the needs of experienced sourcing professionals

10+ years in sourcing, IT procurement, or digital category management Credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders Genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory
