You will be responsible for…Support various business functions in establishing and documenting new processes.Maintaining and updating centralized process and product document library as per QMS methodology for easy access & referenceOverseeing the implementation of new business processesBe responsible to lead and deliver project/ program goals defined by the Sr. Management from time to time.Set up a robust governance mechanism to ensure that checks and progress reviewed are conducted as scheduled.Identify and lead process improvement projects that support strategic imperatives through use of Lean Six Sigma methodologyWork closely with senior management to identify process improvement opportunities from time to time, within any area of the company.Work closely with senior management to establish and deploy operational excellence program that integrates Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Ensure transformations are fully integrated into the organization.Identify and highlight improvement projects towards improving quality, cost, productivity, and cycle time by reducing waste, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.Carry out short to medium term travel to support other office when require For you to be successful…Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement or business excellence functionStrong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Readiness to work across geographies and occasional travel, if required You will require the following qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in business management, process control management, or engineering is required.Hands on working experience of using tools like Microsoft Visio is a mustLean, Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Management trainedThorough knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 and SOP documentation.Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies, like Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, etc.Some working experience in Operations and Finance processes would be an added advantageAbility to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome.Experience in delivering training programs on Quality and Process Improvement will be preferred.Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach)Report and procedure writing skills.
