Product Catalogue Specialist — Bazaro (Hybrid, Sweden) About Bazaro Bazaro is the platform Nordic restaurants, hotels and food businesses use to run their back office — supplier invoices, recipes, stock and purchasing in one place. Over 1,000 businesses use us, including Frantzén, Holy Greens, Bastard Burgers and O'Learys. The role All of it depends on clean product data. Every invoice we read and every food cost we calculate traces back to a product record — the right article, the right pack size, the right unit. Our global product registry is the foundation the whole platform stands on. We're looking for someone to own it. What you'll do:- Contact our customers and their suppliers to collect product information — articles, packaging, units, pricing structures, specifications- Verify, correct and enrich records in Bazaro's global product registry- Chase down missing details until the record is right, not just filled in- Spot patterns in bad data and flag them so we can fix them at the source- Work closely with our product and customer teams as the registry grows Who you are:- You genuinely enjoy digging for information and getting it exactly right- You're comfortable with repetitive, structured work — you find satisfaction in a clean dataset, not boredom- You're not shy about picking up the phone or writing the fourth follow-up email to a supplier- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken (you'll talk to Swedish suppliers daily and work in English internally)- Organised, self-driven, and detail-obsessed Nice to have:- Experience from or understanding of the hospitality or food service industry- Good working knowledge of modern AI tools — you use them to work faster and know where they help and where they don't- Familiarity with Excel/Sheets or product data systems- Experience in purchasing, supplier contact, or back-office operations What we offer:- A hybrid role based in Sweden- A small, fast-moving team where your work is visible in the product immediately- Customers who are among the best-known names in Nordic hospitality Apply with your CV — a cover letter is optional, but tell us briefly why detail-oriented work suits you.
