Product Engineer

Full Stack Product Engineer Stockholm · Hybrid · 1 day per week in the office We’re looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to take ownership of the technical development of a growing product and work closely with the founders across product, engineering and everything in between. This is a high-autonomy role for an engineer who enjoys being close to the product and wants genuine ownership over what gets built and how it gets built. You’ll be the sole technical owner, working directly with the founders to shape the roadmap, make architectural decisions and take ideas from concept through to production. You’ll have ownership across the full product lifecycle, including:Building and shipping product features end to endWorking directly with the founders to shape and prioritise the roadmapMaking architectural and technical decisions independentlyWorking across frontend, backend and infrastructure as requiredTranslating product ideas into well-engineered, scalable solutionsIterating quickly based on user feedbackUsing modern AI tools and development workflows to improve how you build What we’re looking for5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong TypeScript, Node.js and React experienceComfortable working across the full stackStrong software engineering fundamentalsA track record of building and shipping products end to endProduct-minded, with an interest in understanding the problem behind the technologyHighly autonomous and comfortable being the technical decision-maker Particularly interestingExperience in an early-stage or startup environmentPrevious founding engineer, early engineer or technical lead experienceProduction AI or agentic AI experienceStrong personal projects or GitHub demonstrating what you build outside of workExperience with Postgres / SQL and cloud infrastructureReact Native experience Why this role?You’ll have unusually broad ownership for an engineering role. There’s no large engineering organisation or layers of management - you’ll work directly with the founders and have a meaningful influence on both the product and the technology behind it.
