About This RoleThe Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing ENAI's European product portfolio strategy. The role bridges commercial, technical, regulatory and marketing functions to ensure ENAI's biological products are successfully positioned, launched and supported across European markets. The Product Manager will own the commercial success of the portfolio by developing compelling product positioning, identifying market opportunities, monitoring competitors, supporting pricing strategy and equipping sales teams with the knowledge and tools required to win business.The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and technical understanding, with a strong focus on translating scientific innovation into practical solutions that deliver value for distributors, seed companies and growers. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Portfolio StrategyOwn the European product portfolio strategy and lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, portfolio gaps and priorities.Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations and business cases for new products.Partner with global product development to ensure European market needs are reflected in the pipeline.Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product introductions, changes or rationalization.Market Intelligence & Commercial StrategyMonitor customer needs, market trends and competitive activity across biologicals, crop protection, seed treatments, fertilisers and emerging technologies.Translate market and competitive insights into commercial opportunities, product strategy and recommendations.Support strategic customers, distributors and key commercial opportunities through customer meetings, demonstrations and industry events.Product Launch, Sales & Marketing EnablementLead commercial product launches, coordinating launch plans, training, sales tools and customer-facing materials.Equip commercial teams with product training, technical resources, competitive selling tools and customer presentations.Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns, product content, case studies, digital materials and trade show assets.Ensure product messaging is technically accurate, commercially relevant and consistent across markets.Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Global Product Management to align product strategy and commercial execution. What Success Looks LikeStrong portfolio growth and profitability across European marketsSuccessful launches and adoption of new productsClear, differentiated product positioning and commercial strategyStrong sales team readiness and customer engagementEffective translation of market insights into portfolio and commercial opportunities QualificationsDegree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Plant Science, Biology or related field; business/MBA qualification a plus.7+ years of experience in agricultural inputs, with experience in product management, marketing or commercial roles.Strong understanding of biologicals, crop protection, seed treatments or fertilizers.Experience launching products and working with distributors and strategic customers; European market experience preferred.Strong commercial, analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.Excellent communication, presentation, project management and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial, collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to work effectively across countries, functions and cultures.
