The team is expanding capabilities into new areas such as live streaming, enhanced advertising experiences, and improved analytics to create a better user experience and maximize value for publishers and advertisers. As a Product Manager at ShowHeroes Group, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll leverage your business and technical expertise in video technologies and web publishing while maintaining a strong focus on user-facing aspects, ensuring both short-term impact and long-term strategic growth. This is a senior role reporting to the VP Global Product Development.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mature, established product used at scale, with room for significant impact on future design and features.The successful candidate will decide whether to work entirely remotely, from one of our 26 office locations, or any hybrid approach. What You'll Take Charge OfDesign new features for the platform, owning the process from ideation to deliveryDrive technical discussions with the engineering team leads and create functional specifications, doing independent research where necessaryTogether with the engineering team leads, you will define project scopes, timelines, and deliverablesPrioritize development effort based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic goalsCoordinate cross-functional efforts between other product teams, engineering and external stakeholdersManage project schedules and manage project/feature releasesTrack and report on product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives What We’re Looking For5+ years experience in program/product management in video technology, digital publishing, advertising technology, software engineering, or related field2+ years hands-on experience with web publishing technologies, for example: video players, content management systems or content contextual analysisWorking knowledge of digital advertising standards such as Prebid, VAST, VPAID, IMA, IAB formats or IAB taxonomy.Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and browser capabilities.Experience in UX design, for example doing wireframes.Demonstrable experience with Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools.Proficient in English.
