Contract TypeFixed-term consulting assignment | 50% allocation for 6 months | Immediate start or by agreementLocationStockholm, Sweden | HybridLanguage RequirementSwedish is mandatory – excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager with 9+ years of professional experience to lead the day-to-day direction, prioritization, and continuous development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer-facing digital solutions.The consultant will work closely with an Agile/DevOps team responsible for CRM, web solutions, customer journeys, and integrations supporting sales, customer service, and critical business processes.The role requires a strong combination of Product Ownership, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, agile delivery, business process understanding, stakeholder management, and IT integration knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, customer needs, and strategic objectives.Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development initiatives and user stories.Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, architecture, IT, and external suppliers.Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, prioritization, and roadmap planning.Coordinate sprint planning, releases, roadmap activities, and delivery follow-up together with the Scrum Master and development team.Drive continuous improvement of CRM and digital customer platforms.Coordinate development and enhancements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales.Support the development of customer journeys, web solutions, and digital customer services.Coordinate integrations with SAP and other business-critical systems.Ensure effective management of technical debt, operational stability, SLA follow-up, and continuous service improvement.Contribute to budget follow-up, forecasting, portfolio management, and business planning.Ensure that solutions and development initiatives comply with GDPR, information security, ISO 27001-related requirements, and other applicable regulations.Support automation and optimization of customer service, sales, and support processes.Key Areas of WorkThe consultant will work across areas including:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Dynamics 365 SalesDigital customer journeys and customer platformsSales and customer-service processesPartner and installer collaborationIntegrations with SAP and other enterprise systemsCustomer and asset data managementWeb solutions and customer portalsInformation security and GDPRProcess automation and operational efficiencyAgile product development and DevOpsRequired Skills & Experience9+ years of professional experience in IT, digital products, business systems, or related fields.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in an equivalent product leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platforms.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps environments.Strong understanding of sales, customer-service, and digital customer journeys.Proven ability to own and prioritize product backlogs.Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining product roadmaps.Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical and development initiatives.Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and business-critical IT solutions.Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.Experience with budget management, forecasting, portfolio management, or financial follow-up.Strong understanding of information security, GDPR, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Fluent/very strong Swedish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, Systems Science, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
