Role Description: The Product Specialist CSM ServiceNow role is a full-time hybrid position based in Malmö, with flexibility for part-time work from home and remote if located abroad. In this role, the Product Specialist will work closely with the Product Owner, ServiceNow developers, SAP stakeholders, country representatives, and GBO agents to ensure that business requirements are translated into clear technical and functional solutions and successfully validated through E2E testing.The consultant should have technical capabilities to create, present and demonstrate required POCs/Final solutions to business stakeholders Qualifications:ServiceNow CSM/ITSM Implementation experienceServiceNow Integrations & Scripted Web ServicesScripting skills: JavaScriptServiceNow CSA & CAD CertifiedBusiness Analysis and POC Demo to business stakeholders Nice to have:ServiceNow CIS - CSM Familiarly with JIRA or Agile Scrum ProcessExposure to Finance and Procurement processes (nice to have) We are continuously reviewing the candidates and please share your resume at the earliest.
